Love their skincare. The staff are always welcoming and well informed. I always end up buying more than what I came for but well worth the money. They always have exciting travel packs.

All the products were ok but the workers attuide was very bad they would be very nice to adults but when it comes to children she would screamed to them and give them the wrong attitude to children and being very unfair to children .

I cannot praise the Staff in the McCarthur Square L’Occitane store.I attended the shop during the Christmas period when they were extremely busy, the Wi-Fi /internet wasn’t working well, which meant things were taking a little longer when purchasing items and the Covid laws were in place, check in, double vaccination certificate, mask, sanitize. Even though they were busy (only allowing the correct number of people in the shop at the time), they still greeted everyone with a smile.I was unsure what products would best suit my son as he has bad eczemaespecially on his hands. The staff member asked me a few more questions and advised me on a couple of products for him, a hand scrub and cream, best suited for eczema.May I say my son since using these products has advised me his hands have not looked this good in years.My son in law had a thick beard and works outside on machines and on the roads. I asked her if she had a product suitable for him, again she asked me a few questions and showed me a product which is great for tradesmen, helps clean their facial hair as well as skin.He to, was extremely happy.I attended the shop today again to purchase more products for my son, as he was so happy with the other items, he was interested in the shower oils, the staff member today, again smiling, went through with me, his skin type, I told her he would like to try both shower oils and she recommended with his skin type to stick with the shea butter range.She was patient as I had to wait on a call in regards to some other items. Nothing was a problem.I sincerely wish all stores took the time and care that the staff here do, also they seem to know when to give you space to look around and when to return to further help you.Thankyou I highly recommend your store and cannot wait to return.

I went in to the store wanting a while ago and at the time I just bought a hand cream from a woman named Kristina. The lady started talking to me about skincare care and face products. I said I was looking at getting a face scrub but it was to pricey . Then Kristina suggested the almond soap which was cheaper and would do the job" So I went back and bought one recently. I tried it and it was so rough it made my face all red for days. She obviously was just wanting to sell stuff and doesn't know what she is talking about!"

Visited the place with the wife. I tried various perfumes while she shopped. In the end I was smelling like Miranda Kerr. Excellent place for men who like to smell nice while their wives spend a week's grocery worth of money on tiny perfume bottles.

A good selection and the staff are always very helpful. They also do the recycling program where you will get 10% off for bringing an empty container back.

I had such a wonderful experience, the lady who served me was so kind and willing to help me. I had just finished work and the lady who helped me genuinely made my day! I would highly recommend shopping here!

Always welcoming top service from this store. The last visit purpose was for some last minute Christmas gift selections. Friendly attentive staff who very obviously enjoy their career as L'Occitane beauty advisors. We prefer this store over others across Sydney as more spacious layout and the staff appear to genuinely caring about the customer selecting the right item for their needs they go above and beyond.
