Great people to deal with

Awful customer service, staffs making up stories in order to justify additional charges due to their own calculation mistakes.

This company was contracted by Mitsubishi to attend to a warranty issue.The contractor scuffed walls and damaged my door jambs then told me to use tooth paste to fix it. That person was let go from the company and another guy came out several times to fix the aircon.They kept promising to fix the damage to my property but never did it.Now they are not even responding to my emails or calls. They couldn’t even fix the issue with the unit and Mitsubishi sent someone else to fix it.Mitsubishi has advised I have to go consumer affairs. Would not recommend. In these economic conditions, it’s the ethical, skilled companies that stand a chance.Aaron and Chloe the service managers have no customers service skills. Clearly from other reviewers, I’m not special.All the best guys, we will fix it ourselves!!

Excellent service very friendly, efficient and did all they could to complete the job as quickly as possible. The staff were efficient, responsive and explained every step along the way for us. Highly recommended!!

Terrible customer service by representative Chloe. First time I called she ensured a technician would be available in 2 days but one did not come for 5. Problem was not rectified and was advised by the technician to get an electrician to see if there was an electrical issue. The electrician stated there was no electrical issue and then received a bill of $220. Called again and Chloe after emailing through relevant documents from the electrician and kept saying there was even though there wasn’t. She proceeded to book another technician out and during the last phone call she hung up. Absolutely appalled by her customer service and willingness to provide a solution. Almost 4 weeks later and still aircon is not working.
