Very welcoming gym, great equipment to pick from and plenty of weight to go around even on busy days. Highly recommend for beginner too seasoned gym goers looking for a great gym!

I'm a fitness professional since 2011 and have been to many facilities. Strength Haven is a phenomenal strength and conditioning gym in Cranbourne that I recently attended for a novice powerlifting competition. Martin (owner) put on a great event and I will certainly be encouraging more of my clients to consider competing and If you're reading this and you are a PT with some strong clients. I'd highly recommend it for you too. Both my client and I created a really positive memory. It was also amazing to see how much support everyone had for each other regardless of their strength levels. And to address the very limited 1/5 star reviews. I've actually known Martin since 2011 and he only has the best of intentions but if you don't know him, you won't know he is one of those blokes that isn't a big chatterbox. So don't misjudge his fewer words for rudeness. Like how people have different strength levels, not everyone has the same daily word limit too.Keep putting on great events and I'll try getting more clients down there too.

A great family atmosphere. You get a welcoming feeling as soon as you walk through the door not just from Marty but the members that train there too. So much support from members and great friendships are made. Captain Marty cares so much for every member and non member that trains at the haven.

My other home, and my other family! Amazing strength training gym, super supportive and the most awesome community. Everyone is very welcoming, and support each other regardless of what level you are at.

Great gym. Been training with Marty for 6+ years. A wealth of powerlifting knowledge with some of the best strength training equipment you can find in the outer south eastern suburbs. Marty also holds novice competitions at least twice a year with people from all over Victoria competing.
