Dropshipper, definitely not a “warehouse”. Initially informed me my purchase would arrive in roughly 5-7 business days and I’d be sent tracking info, didn’t get any, I’ve emailed repeatedly for either an ETA or tracking info and no response. It’s now 2 weeks later and the parcel has finally showed up on the AusPost app (no thanks to the seller) and it’s still in Singapore, I ordered assuming they were selling local stock, I might as well have ordered it from overseas myself as that was what I was trying to avoid in the first place as I needed it quickly.
