The Hunter Inspector

Called to arrange a pre-purchase pest and building inspection at around 3pm and asked how quickly this could be carried out in order to exchange contracts and secure the property as quickly as possible. To say that Mike was extremely helpful and accommodating would be an understatement! Mike wasted no time contacting the agent to arrange access and the inspection was booked for 10am the next morning. This is the first time I have had to have this done (first home buyer) and I know who I will be calling for the next property purchase, and who I will be recommending to friends and family.

The detailed document covered off everything and was easy to understand + Mike was available to talk me through it as well. I have had 3 houses inspected by The Hunter Inspector, the inspections have been worth every cent. The first two building inspections identified large structural problems with the houses that were not obvious to me at the time, which would cost around $20,000-$30,000 to fix (on each house!). My brother who is a highly experienced licenced builder also inspected the properties after The Hunter Inspector had, and agreed with the issues identified in the reports.The third property didn't have any significant issues identified in the report, and I have since purchased that property and moved in. I haven't noticed any other issues other than the minor ones in the Hunter Inspector report, so nothing was missed. Great work guys!
