Brow lash n beauty

Totally destroyed one of my eyebrows.I didn't realize how bad it was until after I left, as after threading my eyes are a little blurry from holding my eyelids down.Had been here previously and was happy.I have a bald spot in my eye brow, which she picked up on. Instead of keeping hair around the bald spot she has threaded off all the hair at the bottom and left me with this awful skinny eyebrow :(Happy enough with the other one though..Tried to upsell me to get henna to fix it, not sure if it was an accident or a tactic to get me to buy more services.

Pari did an AMAZING job with my eyebrow threading! The experience was completely painless and she let me double check if I needed any adjustments. Amazing service! Definitely coming back for further appointments

My first time using this company and it will be the last time. Last year I was given a voucher from Groupon to have a massage!! I was very excited and surely needed one. It started with the booking process, I was booked in around the Christmas and new year break and I asked them are you sure you are open to which I got a yes as a reply. A half hour drive to get there, sorted the kids prior and turned up to see they where closed. I rang left a message and I waited for about 30mins to give them the benefit of the doubt. I then got a call back about an hour later saying we are open now if you want to come back - trading hours had changed. I obviously couldn't go back as I was home already. I booked again and was assured it was open. Then when I turned up for my appointment it was closed. I then rang and left a message waited for 30mins. I was thinking this was supposed to be a relaxing time and I was getting anxious. I left a message for the manager to call me back. I drove home to get a call from the manager apologising offering me a free massage after a lengthy discussion about customer service and doing the right thing. I actually just wanted a refund as I was not feeling relaxed to go to the shop! I ended up getting a refund through groupon even though it took a long to get it.

Would highly recommend 'Pari' for facial service.Got their Signature Facial service and I must she's just amazing at her work.My skin is glowing and feels ever so soft.

I love this place, Vandhna & Majo are friendly and humble. Majo did fantastic party Make up for me. Amazing hair style.

I bought a 60 min massage and horrible experience! Do not waste your money!1. Unprofessional.No knowledge of massage techniques at all, I can't call it massage because it was just 45 minutes ( not even an hour) of someone just spreading oil around my body, not really massaging!2. Towels and bed dirty3. Lousy customer service

21 March 21 I had Lash lift and Tint Pari was Professional attentive and caring. Salon was clean and comfortableLove my new Lashes thank you Pari19 April 22 different person but still another great experience.17 May when finished I asked did you tint my lower lid, was told no l asked why was to “I decided not to” I replied that was my decision and I’m not happy. 0 cares given. So disappointed and will not be back or recommend to anyone. 2 stars are for the previous to Ladies.

Had eyelashes extension lopsided asked for a simple wax full facial then eyebcost 195 rang and complained as eyelashes falling outrow tint henna

I booked a 90 minute massage and the masssage was basically a light rub down, when I asked her to go a little bit harder she said she can’t for some silly reason. So I basically laid there having her lightly tap my back for 90 minutes. Huge waste of money. Try and hire someone who can actually massage probably and not make excuses as of why they can’t give you a massage. I can see why I was the only one in there
