Solicitors are friendly and seem to be competent when you meet them at the Wollongong office (which is a room in a gym) but it seems when they get back to their office - it all falls apart. There is a high turnover of staff so no continuity - no one knows what is happening with your case- they do not return phone calls or send correspondence. My case was finalised over 6 months ago when I attended Court and it was settled but I am still waiting on a letter from them confirming that and the whereabouts of the compensation settlement. Avoid
