Would not go here, I’ve had three bad experiences:1. Left work to pick up at prescribed time and they hadn’t started my dog yet - 2.5 hours late - they said he was barking and they locked him in a room - prior to appointment I double checked that they would cut him as soon as I dropped him off to minimise anxiety - this obviously didn't happen2. Cut my boys ear during second haircut which bothered him for 10 days3. Had a $235 deshed and wash for a long coat dog - came back w undercoat in random spots, matting left around elbows and neck area, nails hadn’t been clipped or paws cut as was conveyed - tail had been cut randomly and looked terribleTry somewhere else

The amazing team at La Casa De Pooch always looks after my Schnauzies so well. Expert breed-specific grooms, lots of cuddles and care.James leads a very professional and caring team.

We recently changed to this groomer as they are closer to home and we couldn’t be happier. They discuss what’s needed to look after my dogs coat in a profession and non judge mental manner. Are always friendly and responsive a quick to book us in. Happy to offer advice and answer all questions. Oh and our dog appears to like them too.

Absolutely love the team here and fester always looks dog show ready after every groom. We've been bringing fester since he was a puppy and he loves the team. He gets excited every time it's time to go to the groomer and announces himself every single time. When he's finished he always comes out super happy.

Over five hours my little boy was kept there on his last groom. It used to be three max but has been getting longer and longer as they squeeze more and more dogs in even though he's booked six weeks in advance.Our little fella got home after his five hour stint and drank an entire bowl of water, which is out of the ordinary for him. Obviously he was very dehydrated.The standard of service at La casa de pooch has dropped in the last couple of years but the price keeps increasing.I know it's a competitive market but we won't be back.

I take my huskies here and they always do an amazing job!! They are always polite, professional and their love for my fur babies is so important to me. The are the best for a reason. I have been to many groomers and they don’t listen to my requests and want to shave my huskies, but the team at la casa de pooch are professionals at double coats which puts me at ease knowing my dogs are in good hands.

We’ve been taking Fenris here since his very first introductory groom. The care and attention to detail that he’s received each and every visit is exceptional, and we can tell that he enjoys his visits by how excited he gets every time he’s dropped off. I can tell that the staff are genuinely happy to see him again every time, and the quality of grooming is an absolute 10/10 every time.I can tell why James and the team have consistently been voted the best salon in Australia, it’s very well earned and deserved.Keep up the great work guys, and a big shout out to Kenzie, Fenris loves his time with you!

Always takes great care of my spoodle who always leaves looking beautiful. La Casa De Pooch is a little more expensive than other dog groomers, but I've found cheaper groomers tend to rush through the groom and dont do nearly as good job.

We have been to other groomers before where it takes quite a few goes to get our preferences right (we have mini schnauzers and we love the schnauzer cut but prefer it on the shorter side with bellies shaved which is not traditional), or the pups end up being there all day and I can honestly say from their first groom at La Casa De Pooch it was spot on and timely. The team are really friendly and non judgmental (my pups get easily matted - bad dog mom) and have even helped me get them back into the car after a groom because I had my baby with me. We couldn't be happier with the service we get from La Casa De Pooch!
