Doctor Han basically refused to do any proper check on me because if I had any cold symptoms (i had a sore throat and ear pain) I should have not come to the practice but used Telehealth instead. There isn't just covid out there, and if you are scared of getting sick well you shouldn't be a doctor. 75 dollars to basicaly being told nothing. Just go somewhere else, anywhere else.

Dr. Linda Wallace is very kind and helpful. Although English is not my mother tongue, Dr. Linda tries to communicate effectively and understandable. Feeling good with this place and information from Dr. Linda.

i went to maroubra medical centre with my client the other day and can i just say those girls need a reality check. An elderly asian lady came into the centre1. clearly distressed2. couldn't speak proper english3. was hearing impairedShe came to the desk and was speaking to a receptionist and she said i need to see a doctor my husband is very sick" the receptionist so rudely said "call tomorrow" and the elderly lady continued to say "i need to see the doctor can i please have his number so i can call him my husband is very sick" and the lady gave her a card and said call tomorrow

More often than not I have a good experience here. There is sometimes a bit of a wait time during busy hours (even with a required booking).Doctors I regularly visit are extremely professional and friendly (Dr Symeou and Dr Wassif).

As regular patient for both my wife and myself , we have made the decision to not go there anymore, we had the worst experience there when communicating with one of their receptionist, she is really rude and unprofessional, contradicting to what their own doctor’s instruction and being manipulative and trying to cancel our visit. If I were not with my baby girl , I would definitely not be that polite.Regardless, I do hope that particular staff member can find something meaningful for her life as no one should be serving customer if she doesn’t give a s**t about her job.Update:The manager has return to me with the action points and apologised for our experiences, as this is “biased for action “ reaction from management , moving the review to 3 out of 5

I only go here for my doctor who is brilliant. Unfortunately he choses to base himself out of this centre. The receptionist here have a LOT to learn. They are the most incompetent, unhelpful, incaring bunch I have ever come across. Did I mention unfriendly as well. It is like walking into a funeral home. They make constant mistakes (or am I the only unlucky one?) and they just dont care once its come to their attention. While people complain about the public hospital reception area, I would rather go there to see my GP than here.Whoever owns this centre, really needs to be having a good look at the staff they employ.

I would give no star if there is an option. Why Dr Han is still there when there so many complaints about him. PLEASE BAN THIS PRACTICE, IT SHOULD BE CLOSED. THEY ARE THE WORST.My nephew 17 years old)had a cold for a few days but no co vid. He just want to check with dr for his cough. He went with his parents, and got told that this Dr Peter Bletsas doesn’t see any patients that have cold symptoms and it had to be Telehealth only.The receptionist added that there is a new rules from Medicare, because my nephew hasn’t been back to this clinic for over a year, he had to pay for $70. We found out later from them that we cannot claim Medicare either.I never heard and my sister never heard about this and when I rang Medicare, they said they never know this rule either.This clinic make their own rules to charge people.They didn’t put MBS item number so we cannot claim,I will take this matter to Medicare. And my family will never go back there.There are plenty of medical centres around who have better reputation.My brother and his family have been in the country just over a year.My sister and I have been in this country over 50, 35 years.Shame on you Maroubra Pacific. Word of mouth is very powerful. I want to see this place goes downhill.
