Really happy with my Herman Miller Sayl chair. The chair was very expertly restored and represents far better value than buying new, plus better carbon footprint.

Visited these guys a couple of days back now along with the Mrs. Was looking for a second hand home office desk so I could get my gear setup just right along with a cable management plan I had in place. Was immediately greeted with friendly customer service and not hovered over after indicating I was just looking ... but the boys were definitely on the spot when I made a decision. Ended up purchasing a desk which was labelled with a $99 price tag and was more than pleased when told on checkout that we could have it for $80 - bargain! The guys were more than happy to retrieve the item from under another desk and then proceeded to carry it out of the warehouse and got it in the back cab for us - another thumbs up. Gave the desk a little bit of a going over with a couple of cleaning products and it has basically come up brand new besides a couple of marks on the legs which I am more than happy to bare considering the desk is Ex Gov used stock. The cable management worked out great with a tray on the back of the unit and the previously mentioned cable management plan I devised - a photo has been included. All in all I am very, very happy with the purchase and would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending these guys - Cheers Ex-Government Furniture! :)

Good options available and friendly crew were keen and eager to help. Young blokes made a real effort to make sure we had the right information, but also left us to shop around without asking.

James and his team at Ex-Government furniture are great to deal with. As a B2B provider for them, it was great to see a business so keen on providing a safe environment for their staff and clients alike. In dealing with James, he often spoke about his desire to be as easy to deal with as possible for his clients and trained his staff to be knowledgeable, respectful and professional. Ex-Government Furniture are supplier of choice in their industry and a pleasure to do business with.

They carry a wide range of second hand office furniture, some of it quite interesting. The stock varies but you will usually have a variety of office desks tables and chairs and storage to choose from. Really handy if you're kitting out an office on a budget.

These guys are awesome. Staff are great, they had what I wanted on the floor and I got delivery for a good price. I would 6-star this if I could.I saw some previous reviews about expensive furniture and you can definitely find yourself a swanky chair with a European designer name and a big number on it, but I suspect its fairly priced compared to what the govt paid for it. I estimate my stuff cost a touch over half the price of buying new, and that was compared to the most rock-bottom online price I could find regardless of quality. Goodness knows what possessed some Department to get rid of it all because they are tip-top. Some scuff marks, so definitely second hand, but looking better than my year-old fridge.

price of items are very expensive.Reply to Owner's comment:I understand your proposition. I am not questioning the price of such an antique furniture. However, I went to buy an ergonomic chair. The cheapest one I found was probably 33$ and obviously the quality was not that much great. I was looking for something at around 120-130$. The options that you have at this price range are not worthy according to me considering the fact that these furnitures are used. For example, the price of Haworth Zody was may be 350+$ (I forgot the exact amount). However, there are many resellers in Sydney offering the original (obviously second hand) Zody at 120-ish price range. The quality of those are not bad either.
