After i just parked at Cable Beach van park slightly under trees, I raised my motorized winegard Tv antenna got zilch.. I then raised my Sat Tv Nada..then i rang Broome Tv solutions and spoke to a young Lady, i asked to Speak to Some Body Who is Familiar with Tv reception Problems.. she said Your speaking with Her.. I swallowed, then i told her my situation she was Very Knowledgeable and told me one answer was we sell a Quality made Tv Antenna Kit, i replied i will come and buy it this arvo, i went to the shop and Glen showed me the Tv kit which i bought, Glen then said i will send the Tech around in 3 days to Check your Motorized Sensar Winegard Antenna (Rare). back at the M/home i set the Tv antenna Kit up on my awning arm and bingo i got All channels it was easy,A few days later a BroomeTv solutions truck stopped at my site and a Nice young lady got out all kitted up with Gear, and said Hi Im Jade, she then got a ladder out and started troubleshooting on my M/home roof, my Wife was impressed.. Me to.. finally Jade said she will try and source a control module its faulty, she then spliced a few fittings for me, and said i will be in touch, packed up the smart truck waved and took off, My Kind of Smart Tv Techie Wow." Called them to have our aerial cjecked out as not picking up anything in Caravan Park. Jayde was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Thank you. As you said we were surrounded by too many trees all good now since we have moved on. :-)
