Absolutely magnificent garden, To have owned this would have been an honour, The mansion was built in 1933 and since then has a had a colourful life, Though such an old building would still have some amazing tales to tell if restored to its former glory, Set on thirteen acres with an arrange of different plant species. It is a must see, Beautiful for a pinic or just to breath the crisp clean air, Public amenities available within gardens.

The place is great for a nature lover. there were many plant species in this site. there were small water falls in this place which had soothing sound. there was a boathouse in here. however, the lake around the boathouse needed some cleaning as it was stinking to walk around the lake. even the bridge in the lake was closed for maintenance. There were few sites too which were closed for maintenance . apart from these there were beautiful places to take pictures. the parking is not that big so better to come in the morning as it might get busy during afternoon. will definitely visit this place again

These gardens were very beautiful with their well maintained paths and nice neat gardens. The lake was a feature of the gardens as well as the Arboretum. It is a great place to bring the family for a quiet stroll through the gardens. The public toilet was clean, there was also picnic tables and the only bad thing was that the carpark was way too small.

It's a beautiful garden amidst the Sherbrooke forest. It's great for children and dogs. Most of the autumn leaves had fallen when I visited but it would have been lovely to see them. Grey venue for weddings!

My pet parrot and I went to Alfred Nicholas Memorial Garden on Saturday 29 Apr to catch some autumn foliage. The foliage is at the peak; the foliage colour is awesome. The stroll by ornamental lake was especially spectacular, as it was surrounded by mountain ash trees bursting with golden foliage as well as golden ginkgo leaves by the water.

I came where at the end of April and it was beautiful although not all the trees have turned yellow or red. It is clean as well. However not too many benches are available so better if you bring your own mat if you want to have a picnic here.

Forest bathing to the max! It’s such a beautiful part of the world you can walk your dog here on lead as well. Very quiet through the week but crazy busy on weekends. If you love autumn color then you must have a look it’s stunning

We were here on a downcast autumn day so it was perfect for a mostly leisurely walk around the garden, lake and boathouse. The car park is across the road so be careful with traffic. There are slopes and steps to get to the boathouse, which is challenging for elderly and those using walking aids.

It's a very nice place. Quiet and calm, a lot of beautiful water bodies. Ducks roaming and enjoying water. An hour of walk is good to explore it all, but one can spend more time relaxing in the very many green spaces there. There's a creek flowing near some restricted area. There are also some small wooden bridges closed for public access for maintenance.
