Midas is great, they do clean high quality work are charge way less than other mechanics. I went to midas for a second opinion on a quote I got from a nearby mechanic and Midas did the work for less than half their competitor. I don't even consider going elsewhere.

We spent 1k on service and came a week later asking for a screw driver to remove the plate and they said no they are busy. They were too lazy to get 1 screw driver for us. Rude and awful service. We didn't even ask him to remove it.

Not happy AT ALL. I had a service booked in for 2pm. Was told it would take about an hour to an hour and a half. Went for for a walk with my daughter and baby granddaughter. An hour and a bit later I called to see how things were going, to find out that they not even started it and wasn’t starting for another 10-15 minutes. They said to me..we don’t start straight away and i said…I know that. But I don’t expect it be an hour before it’s started. Not acceptable. Would have been nice for them to let me know they were busy and it would take longer than expected. Didnt get the service done, picked up my car. NEVER GOING BACK !!!!

Shane & Marissa are fantastic to deal with. They make you feel like part of their family during visits and always explain anything I don't understand.My services are usually the same price every 6 months, if there is something extra needed they always contact me to advise a new price before proceeding with any work. And the car is ready at the time they give me when I drop it off.I highly recommend their business.
