I had a poor experience in this store, I asked politely for the two female retail staff to help me with a wallet. Instead they ignored me and continued chatting to each other. Hopefully this is a one off, however this completely put me off and I left the store without purchasing anything.

The best brand and store! Have always loved Status Anxiety products ever since I received my first one (as a gift) many years ago. I now have several products which are all the best quality and so practical too. Love the Byron store, it’s a beautiful fit out and so good to have reasonable leather goods around here.
