Swan Hill Toyota

Really bad experience, was buying a car today, and they were rude as hell just cause we did abit of negotiating for price. Both Sebastian and stephen were quite rude and at one point basically felt like they don’t want to sell us the car. “Not worth it at all”Go somewhere else!!!

I could not be happier with the car that I purchased, and the level of service that I received from Swan Hill Toyota. I was wary of purchasing a car remotely, but Seb gave me a couple of virtual tours of the vehicle and answered the many questions that I had. I had an enjoyable tip on the VLine (I caught the train to Swan Hill from Footscray). Tenneille met me at the train station and was super-efficient with the paperwork. The car was beautifully presented, and Tenneille gave me an extremely good introduction as to how the car worked and what all the various buttons and switches do.It took me around 4.5 hours to drive back to Melbourne, which was a great opportunity to get to know my new car.I would purchase from this dealership again in a heartbeat. I felt valued and I trusted their opinion. I would certainly buy from them again.

Seb, Sam & Sean were fantastic. Prompt, professional and easy to deal with. Considering I lived 3+ hours from the dealership, the sale couldn't of gone any better. Fantastic car exactly as it was described & great service.

We were travelling through Swan Hill over the Easter break. And the engine light came on. Called into Toyota in hopes that they could fix the problem. And they were just great. Helped straight away and got us back in the road. Great blokes at Swan Hill

Don't mention warranty..there is none.Never get back to you.Strongly recommend that you don't ever deal with themGo elsewhere..

Extremely friendly and helpful until they get the sale. Selling the car after 2 months. Ignored when I needed a couple of problems sorted despite a 3 month warranty. Don’t waste your time & money

Slotted me in at short notice for a service. Young lady on the phone was excellent and extremely helpful. Took Cruiser in the following day and asked if I would like a loan vehicle to drive into town. Service Manager at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful and slotted me in a day early as we were travelling and gave me some great advice on my tyres. Wonderful service from a relatively small dealership. You don’t get this level of service from the Big Boys.
