Bought a new mst cold air intake for my golf tsi from the shop online. Excellent quality for the price and quick shipping time. Make my car sound so much better and go a bit faster. Great customer service as everytime i messaged them the responded to all my questions with great detail.

Recently purchased a tune for my F30 320i, product and customer service were top notch. Big thanks to Andy!!! Awesome to have a local European performance supplier that has what you're looking for with fast turnaround times and a well laid out website. Will be a future customer for sure!

It's been over a month and a half since I placed my order. After three weeks of calling (not returning emails or answering calls) I finally got a hold of someone, turns out they didn't have my part, but we agreed to an alternative. Guy said it would be sent out within 3 days and they would send me an email with tracking number, it's now been two weeks, I've called every single day, emailed and no response. Terrible place, customer service is non existent. Take your money elsewhere. And my issue still hasn't been resolved, don't know what's the go, if I have to take legal action or what.

Stay away, NOT supplying goods or returning emails / phone calls for the last 3 week at least. There are multiple customers who have not got their orders, as per their Facebook reviews. I purchased a Bootmod3 flash with not activation key sent and no reply at all to attempts to contact them. I purchased from Flashtuned previously without issue however this is not the case anymore. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Update owner contacted me and a full refund was obtained. Can't speak for other customers. Buyer beware.

I Got a stage 1 tune with a crackle map for my Ford Focus and i am extremely happy with the results. Andrew answered any questions i had and the experience could not have been any better. I highly recommend Flashtuned

Andrew and his team are absolutely amazing to deal with. Responsive and helpful. I'm a novice when it comes to modifications and therefore ordered the incorrect part for my car, they went out of their way to order to correct part for me!! Astonished that businesses still have this level of customer service. Huge kudos to Andrew and his team. I look forward to dealing with you again.

Andy's service and advice are fantastic. I had a downpipe and tune undertaken on my car and the result was just what I wanted. Car still feels and drives oem however has noticeably more torque and response.Highly recommend Andy!

I got in touch with flash tuned because I was wanting to try a local business to tune my Audi S-Line to a stage 2. I had looked around and asked around and very few people or places could actually do the S-Line due to the ecu having a different code written on it compared to the normal A/R/RS series Audi’s that are floating around. However Andy from flash tune sorted me out no issues at all, when every man and there dog else used an excuse to not be able to tune my car, Andy found a solution and I was actually able to run the stage 2 tune after month and months of waiting searching. My car is not missing a beat, i got exactly what I wanted at a better price than most other companies out there, and the service was out standing!Thanks again Andy! I had Flashtuned visit my home today to put a stage one tune on my Audi A8. The car is a Quattro and has a 4.2 litre TDI powering it. After meeting and greeting and making sure that everything that was needed was had I left them to it. Some time later... problem, the code would not read off the car. We went through and discussed why this could have been. They tried to read the files again and while this was happening my son (26) and I were talking and looking through the owners manual/folder for the car. It had extensive service history and we were going through the together. Low and behold we found a receipt for a stage one Dyno tune! I must say, lots of egg on my face. We discussed this and decided this was the cause of the difficulties. I felt like a fool, I thought that I d to pay for time and trouble but Flashtuned would not hear of it. We shook hands (yes I know, Corvid and all that) but the man truly deserved a hug! I would have to say to anybody out there who finds themselves in need of tuning or any other services that are offered by Flashtuned it would be the smartest move you could make. Honest first class service to ensure customer satisfaction is becoming a rarity but I am happy to say that I encountered some today. Flashtuned, you go you good thing! And thank you.
