I have never met such a rude person! Our vendor had hired their services as they were cheap. Incredibly slow to do their job & Kylie was shockingly rude. When I asked her why she was being so slow on the final step (we had made the appointment with the estate agent based on what our vendor had agreed with her & had driven nearly 2 hours to be there) she told me to F off. She then accused me of being abusive & told me that she could do as she pleased. You really do seem to get what you pay for

If my experience with this company was anything to go by I would strongly suggest you think twice about using them. They were extremely understaffed and struggled to give you 5 minutes of their time. Very poor customer service. Errors were made at settlement. I paid stamp duty when I shouldn't have, was overcharged for water and the deposit I'd paid this company wasn't taken into account when they gave their final invoice. Very unprofessional and rude.

This firm is the absolute go to for conveyancing. A very committed hard working professional staff member in Barbara, whose friendly style is appreciated by all. Backed up by a business savvy go getter owner. Cannot recommend them highly enough,

Our experience with the owner, Kylie McArdle was terrible. Found her to be generally aloof and with bad attitude. Flags were raised during build up and we should have changed conveyancers then in hind sight. When our settlement had delays (not due to her), she seemed absent and unhelpful. Difficult to communicate with, and for us, a tad unsettling, became more rude and threatening when we tried to change conveyancers mid-settlement, charged us $400 to do so. Several mistakes, bad email punctuation/grammar and demeanour. We were happy that we got out of there and had another biz take over. Would strongly recommend considering other conveyancers.
