Horrible rental department. Unhelpful and lazy practice.I spoke with Valerie on the phone as soon as a local rental was listed, which I was overly keen on. I mentioned multiple times that I will beat all offers and sign a more appealing rental lease term if anyone gives a more enticing offer than mine, which was still over ask. I even mentioned that I have 3 properties to my name, one local as well (valued in the 7 figures), which I could bring to them to sell sometime soon and potentially manage my investments as an incentive.After the inspection, applying and further discussions with Valerie re-enforcing my desire for this home, low and behold, it gets given to another applicant and all our one on one prior discussions fell on def ears. Nothing was mentioned to the home owner about my offer to happily beat any other offers. ANY counter they threw at me, I would of accepted. I made this clear! One extra sentence of text needed to be mentioned to the home owner after ours and other applications got forwarded to the owner, which did not happen. Lazy!A young, professional pair making nearly $5k a week after tax, own properties, no kids or pets, we are super clean and meticulous, so there is nothing wrong with us as characters.I will be sure that my current home and other investment properties as well as any other future property dealings and lease managements do not go through Schroeder & Wallis as there is a clear lack of effort to get the owner the best offer possible when presented one.***EDIT: A RESPONSE TO THE REPLY***Actually no, they were not presented the facts. The only thing that needed to be communicated was my willingness to give them a better offer... A thing that a home owner should be entitled to if offered! If you fail to provide this to the client, I am sure majority of people would say that you have failed as an agent... End of story. On top of this exceptionally well" claim

This is the second house Billy has sold for me. As always he is honest and professional and delivered a result better than anticipated. I would highly recommend Schroeder and Wallis to look after the sale of your biggest asset.
