Omg the worse service that ever have in my life!!!the ladies cut you out as fast as they can and really low quality nails, the staff super rude and i have to pay 170$ por my mum pedicure, nails and my nails!! Shocking!! Not even in the CBD the charge you like this and if they do for sure will be an amazing job!!Never more....

I have now visited the ladies here a handful of times via both a pre-booked appointment and as a walk-in and I can’t fault their service. They’re quick, do a great job (sns nails for me) and are reasonably priced.

I got sns on my nails. They soaked my nails in acetone for 20 minutes, my skin started to burn, I took my hands out and they told me to keep them back in. Once I told them my fingers were burning they decided they were ready to take the old sns odd.End product was terrible, they were lumpy and look disgusting. The staff are not friendly.

I would not recommend going to American nails. I have been to many nails places before but none have disappointment me like this one. I walked in after having called and making an appointment the day prior and they clearly were not ready nor had they written down anything about my appointment. My nails were rushed and are now lumpy and wonky. The colour looks nothing like the nail sample i chose and after having asked to double check the colour i picked at the end, the lady spoke back with a rude tone and didn’t show me the sample i picked. I left the salon feeling dissatisfied and unhappy. Again i would not recommend getting your nails done here and i think all the other bad reviews can vouch for that.

Terrible experience. Rude, pushy women. I Went in to get an acrylic refill and shellac on my toes. Rushed me to get my refill done and when I asked for a painted tip colour they got annoyed at me. They charged me $60 for a refill and then had no time to do my toes as they had filled all the chairs with other walk ins, even though I was the first one in the salon. I was asked to rebook and come back another time to get my toes done. Disgustingly rude will never go back

My rating is for the standard of the service provided. The lady who did my pedi was nice enough for sure, but the standard of it was, unfortunately, very average. There was a bubble in the shellac on my big toe (which she attempted to buff out, but without much success), the coverage was really uneven and it also pooled at the base of nails which makes it look a bit like I tried to do it myself! The rest of the pedicure was also a bit meh.For $50, it just wasn’t great. I usually get mine done elsewhere for $40 and it is impeccable (but they couldn’t fit me in and my shellac was half way up my toenails so really needed to be done!) There is no doubt they looked better when I walked out than when I walked in, but I’d only go back if I was in same situation.

The lady who did my refill was lovely however my nails look shocking. I asked her to repaint them as there was dust from the drilling underneath the gel so they looked bumpy. I had polish all over my skin. I felt it was a really rushed job and that the attention to detail was not there. The drill was so fast that my nails are still burning from 12 hours ago. There definitely was a couple of steps missing in terms of not using the small drill to clean under your nails and not pushing your cuticles back for a more flawless application. $45 for a below average job. I think I’ll just be going back to Drysdale for refills going forward.

Went in to get a refill on my SNS, but was told they don’t do that, so they charged me an extra $15 to literally rip off my existing fake nails, not even soaking them in acetone, which actually broke all of my natural nails and left my fingers so sore, they were rough and the whole experience was extremely painful, with more than 3 of my nails being filed to the point of bleeding, the acrylic application was very poor, my nails feel bumpy and uneven, all my nails are also different lengths and filed at an angel, none are even.Was charged $65 and will be getting them removed elsewhere ASAP.

I had acrylics over my natural nails today with a French polish, Julie was very nice and I couldn’t fault her in any way, definitely recommend her work

Great bunch of ladies but the nail polish application is messy and not even, excess polish wasn't cleaned up around cuticles and excess acrylic under the nail was just left. No uv lights to help with the drying process, just fans and rushed out the door before they were even properly dry.. I wanted my nails done before my holiday and now I just regret the choice to get them done here...
