Dataphone

We moved into a new build where the NBN plan for the estate had been messed up, resulting in our NBN hardware being installed at another property. After six weeks Telstra, our current provider, were unable to help us get sorted. I was put in contact with Grant at Dataphone as our builders NBN technician. Both Grant and Joel went out of their way to work directly with NBN to get our property correctly identified, have our NBN hardware installed, and get us up and running. So refreshing to deal directly with knowledgable people committed to providing a service, rather than a TelCo that follows a bouncing ball to try and solve issues. I highly recommend Dataphone and thank Grant L'Green and his team for their superb efforts in assisting us. :-)

I recently joined Dataphone after having had a horror story with Telstra, TPG and Optus. It’s taken them a couple of weeks to get things sorted but I now have full speed. I have also brought across my mobiles and business internet, phones and inbound number as well. Lovely to also to talk to Australians as well. A truly refreshing change!!!!

I made contact with Dataphone when I closed my small shop due to Covid-19. All the staff I spoke to especially Grant, my account manager have been nothing but fantastic. They have listened to my requests and dealt with them in a professional yet compassionate manner something that is very hard to come by at the moment. We moved into a new house we just had built in Cliftleigh NSW where the NBN plan for the estate had been messed up, resulting in our NBN connection being installed at another property 6 years before we built. These guys went above and beyond in resolving this issue. For me trying to deal with both NBN and Telstra was a nightmare, these guys just sorted it out and did the work.
