I was unfortunate to have a regular customer sit next to me insisting she needed her toes and hands done at the same time.The pedi I received was rushed and half heart, not to mention the person preforming my pedi spent the the whole time focused on the person next to me and their needs. I will be informing my friends and family in future please do not get me any gift card from there as I will be returning to my usual nail place, who treat everyone as a special customer.

Great customer service from a worker by the name of Katie, she was really helpful, kind and did my nails perfect. I was 100% satisfied and for sure would come again.

I've been to these guys twice now. I thought the first go was a complete disaster...I was wrong...today was. Went in for sns soak off and manicure. Had three staff members attend to me, including one who didn't know what to do and I had to show him (which was very hard as he had almost no english). I asked for round nails and ended up with something that resembles a bottle opener...plus they didn't even clean my nails! I uploaded some pictures and I had even removed most of the first from the thumb nail prior to taking the photo. I came very close to just walking out, and now I am actually regretting not doing it.

If you're searching reviews for somewhere decent, save yourself the trauma and just go to Century nails at castletown. Everything in the recent influx of 5 star reviews" for this place is innacurate after our experience

Beatuiful, very clean salon. Staff are very friendly. Katie is AMAZING with design work. Very pleased with the outcome and will 100 be back. I highly recommend katie for any very delicate designs! :)

Spent 2 hours in store, the guy tried to tell me what nails I should get because it would be quicker for him and they were too busy to do a round shape (not hard) My nail painting was rushed and looks like half a job. Then got charged $77 for nails when the front window states $45 for a full set and $12 for shellac. Incredibly disappointing I wish I never came here.

I went in for a refill and they told me that my existing acrylic nails had to be replaced.So the girl putting on the new ones got the glue all over my nails and skin. Then I asked for them to be shaped round but they are more pointed than roundThe nail polish looked like it had been watered down it was so thin. I ended up with an infection in my nail. Worst nail experience I have ever had. Wish I had of read the reviews first. Definitely will not be going back there

This is the only nail place I go to. Have never had a bad experience here! Walked in today with no real idea if what to get and Katie had just hot a new product in so we decided on putting that on and it turned put a million times better than I would have imagined. Thanks so much for great experience everytime I come in
