Excellent Communication, Achieved top result during tough market. A very smoots and easy transaction with Marcell even if he has a super busy diary, he will work late into night to answer emails. He is a tough negotiator and achieved an excellent results in a very tough Sydney CBD Market, while other units being sold by other agents are still on market 5 months later. I would not hesitate to use him again to sell my other property and trust him fully with the process.
