Highly recommended. Ann and Daniel jumped through hoops to help my fiance and I with our custom engagement ring design. We made adjustments to everything under the sun and they were more than happy to accommodate us at every turn without complaint. The end product looks incredible and we are very very happy!

For my 50th birthday I was having my engagement and wedding ring upgraded. I had visited about 6 different jewellery stores. Robert Cliff Master Jewellers were the only store that showed fantastic customer service from the moment I arrived. I wasn't made to feel as if I didn't belong and they didn't mind when I said I had to sleep on my decision. I came back about 3 times and was never made to feel that I was wasting time. The staff were amazing. Five stars and I would only ever shop here!!

From the moment I walked in to Robert Cliff Master Jewellers I instantly felt welcomed and a sense of warmth from all the staff, especially Daniel who went above and beyond to help from start to finish of the process of making my beautiful engagement ring.Daniel made the design process super simple and knew exactly my vision. I loved that I was able to see and choose the exact diamond that would be in my engagement ring prior to it being made.I put all my trust and faith into Daniel knowing that I would fall in love with my ring as soon as I saw it, and I did exactly that. It even made living over an hour away worth every second of the travel back and forth.
