The best car mechanical and repair workshop in Sydney, I have been going there for more than 23 yrs. Nice and friendly.

When someone takes a day off work for being able to get his car to the mechanic, the minimum is to call him early to let him know that he has to reschedule and not tell him when he’s arrived. Not professional at all!!!!

Extremely rude and arrogant person. I took an appointment during the week for car seat installation for my kid and came on time for the installation. When I came here he said that get your child, so I called my husband to get my child. He then went inside and dint come out. My husband came was coming with our child and I wanted to wanted to confirm if he was coming so I called him he dint answer so I went inside to ask if he would be coming. He told me I will not do your car as I am a rude person. I was honestly taken aback. While sitting in my car there was some sound I am not sure what it was. He said you put the alarm on me and called me multiple times. I told him I dint put any alarm and I only called you to check if you would be coming as you dint inform and I was waiting in in the rain. He told me to leave and wasn’t ready to listen. He was super arrogant and it was a waste of time.

Had my new boat trailer Vin number and blue slip done by them! Great service and took the hassle out of dealing with the RTA. My new go to guys in Ryde.

Called up and was able to book in straight away for a pink slip. Inspection was done as soon as I arrived so I did not need to wait around for long. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

This is my first time and can say the team are really hard workers with sincere and honest customer service and support to the local Ryde community. They accommodated my needs with on time and prompt support. You can trust they have their customers best interest at heart.
