Rubbish customer service very rude. Disgraceful manners. Was ordering sweets for my family the guy had a tantrum because I changed my order and increased it. Instead of been happy I was ordering more he had a melt down. Would never go there again. It's ramadan people should be thankful for the blessing they have been given and treat people with kindness

My most favourite place to get baklava! Such good value, taste and quality every time. Service is really nice and quick too. Staff are helpful!

Nothing but the Absolute Best!!!! We have been buying from here for years. May it be massive wedding platters, for parties, to take to functions or just because.... This is where we go. The freshness, highest quality of products, fillings, the speed of amazing customer service, the presentation and love and care in these products feels like they are inviting you into their homes. There is no other place to go. On top of everything the Taste!! Chefs Kiss! It's impeccable. To top it off the service they provided today was above and beyond and I'm so grateful. Rude style.. very poor service.. they put pictures of the product, and you receive something very different.. and no apology.. and not changing the order.. and a very poor taste

Am a new customer, just stopped one day to try them out and completely hooked now. Absolutely love these syrupy sweets. Trouble is they don't last long as they are eaten quite quickly. They have us for a permanent customer now. Completely recommend them.

I seen few bad reviews here at lurnea I still went the staff was fine was nice to me they got nice cakes everything looked good I had no problems I’ll be coming back if I could post pictures I would I bought dozen lady fingers very nice

Yesterday my wife went to buy a half kilo of baqlawa mix and one kilo of Hrysseh and they gave it to us in Foam container. First The Hrysseh dry and very old and I took photo before throwing it into the bin. The Baqlawa mix very very dry and old as well. I will provide photo. I can't believe that you get your sweet in foam and one kilo not one or two pieces. 45 dollars for rubbish sweet. usually we get our sweet from somewhere else but we were driving in lurnea.Never again
