Having only spent 6 months in bundaberg I can't say I've had any other experiences with beautians in tbe region. I stumbled upon rhapsody day spa and have ways had great friendly service and happy with the results.All the best for the future.

Best hair and beauty salon I've ever been to, and there has been many. Feel so welcome here by both management and staff. Love them heaps.

My therapist was Kylie and I got a pedicure. The salon has a very good atmosphere and my treatment was exceptional from therapist and receptionist. The photos on Google don't do the place justice. A very modern and clean salon - no worries about dirty equipment. They fit me in last minute which was really good of them because their day ended up running late because of me. Thanks guys

I'd give them zero stars if I could. This place is probably the worst to accommodate anything. Would not recommend interacting with the booking staff or you will end up more frustrated and insulted over the phone.2 weeks ago a friend and I wanted to book massages, facials and body scrubs for 2 people. They were unable to accommodate for this for us as certain specialists only work at certain times and couldn't fit us in with our time restrictions (time restriction was anytime before 5pm) so we tried to be as flexible as possible so that we could enjoy a day at the spa which is a rare and special experience for us hard working women. After multiple phone calls (them calling us) and trying to rearrange our booking to HELP THEM OUT they were unable to sort it out for us and gave misleading information over the phone. We cancelled one entire person's booking and just kept one booking for one of us (it's my birthday) - Just a massage and facial. Today we got a phone call (3 days in advance) and the spa said they could only do the massage and facial now at certain times and the appointment wouldn't be complete until 5:22 pm (long passed when we stated we could spend there do to my birthday party).We ended up cancelling the ENTIRE booking to which the receptionist laughed at and said sorry we couldn't work things out" and hung up. What kind of customer service is this?? They lost just over $300 in sales from us. Would not recommend dealing with this place. Just a headache and causes more stress then necessary. You'd think that making a booking 2 weeks in advance would leave lots of room to make things work. Unbelievably terrible experience. No doubt if I had followed through with the booking it would have been equally as depressing. Thanks for nothing."
