My dogs love everything so far from happy paws co. My go to place for treats. They have everything you need and cute toys. Would highly recommend! I have made the gummy bones and they are easy to make and my dogs enjoyed them. Really appreciate a place to buy healthy Australian made affordable treats for my dogs.

Have been waiting 2 months for the delivery of my purchase. I have contacted the Shippit and Happy Paws directly. No response from Happy Paws to myself or the delivery company. Poor customer service and parcel is likely lost due to their choice to select a budget delivery service. Will not purchase from them again.Edit:Once Petra had returned to the office, she apologised for the delay and offered a full refund while letting the courier know to return the product. The parcel ended up being delivered by Aramex 2.5 months later. Petra offered to let me keep the product. I appreciate the gesture, and customer service has been great to close out all the issues.

Have ordered many times from HPC for our pack of pointers and Dalmatians. We have never been disappointed and are big fans of golden chicken and meal toppers ❤️

Don’t order from these guys.They took my money and went completely MIA.I have emailed them multiple times, send them DMs and nothing.This is unprofessional and disgusting quite frankly.I am now taking action to try and get my money back.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Happy Paws Co. I feel confident knowing these treats are Australian sourced and made and knowing that they are full, nutrient dense whole ingredients going into my pups tummy! We enjoy having a wide range of treats to choose from and not to mention the incredible meal supplements. I wouldn't feed her anything less than the best, and Happy Paws Co certainly delivers every time!

I purchased a car seat hammock for my two Chihuahuas a few months ago, and it has literally disintegrated in certain places.I have tried to contact Happy Paws a couple of times, and they choose to ignore my emails….I am NOT happy….I would like a refund (certainly not the same product again) but I’m getting nowhere.!!

My dog loves all the products from Happy Paws. We call it her dessert!After we have finished our evening meal, Button twirls and askes for her dessert. The Advent Calendar initiated this routine!

Healthy treats, variety galore and most importantly, my pup LOVES them!It is so important to me to fuel my dog with only quality, healthy treats and HPC’s single ingredient dehydrated treats are PERFECT! Our favourites are the trainers for elks and training and anything fish for bigger rewards and enrichment!Thank-you Petra, Josh and Willow for changing the game and making it easy for me to give my pup only the best!If you haven’t tried these guys yet, you’re missing out!

Both my dachshunds love everything from Happy Paws Co - Golden chicken, roo puffs, holy mackerel, mussels! The sprinkles are great to add on top of their kibble too. Petra has also been very responsive when I had an issue with shipping once. Highly recommend for your doggos!

The very best snacks, my Frenchie just loves them. Something for every occasion a gourmet pup could hope for, training treats, chewy ones, puzzle feeders . Also the best toy ever - the donut, with it's so far indestructible squeaker. Absolute must.
