Our go to! Even we moved our from this area we still try to go ones every fortnight. Meat quality is always good and so is customer service. They even have frozen whole turkey.

Meat is good lamb is over priced just for the lamb shanks $13 and also the lamb cutlets $38 so yeah but I the inquired about a hole lamb and was told 18.99 a kg and a hole lamb is 22 to 25 kgs I'm sorry but if I'm to pay $13 a kg for the shanks and get 14 of them that would be anough money spent there to pay for a hole lamb so there is no justification for the pricing

I used to love this place. Something has changed. The last 3 whole eye fillets I bought have been absolutley terrible. You can't tell when you buy a whole cryovac'd fillet so it's a real gamble. I called them a number of times to complain about this. No returned phone calls. This photo is meant to be an eye fillet??? I needed a chainsaw to chew through it.

Been here twice and had bad experience both times.Once they were not keen to help because they were closing in 15 minutes.Second time I wanted to buy a rump cap and the guy who was helping did not even know if they sold or what that was. An older man said they only sold packs of rump cap, not single ones. If they are open to public they need to meet their customers expectations. Any way I will not be returning here ever again. Worse butcher ever. The 1 star is only because I cannot give 0

Already gotten three lots of rotten meat. Straight after getting home, stuck the meat straight in the freezer, took it out to cook after two days and it was rotten. Really a mixed bag with what you get here. Stuff from the counter is good and always has been. Just stuff from the sales shelf that has been bad.

Have been going for 5 years at least but today the manager told me he wouldn't slice the whole pork belly for me. I have always had the butcher's cut up when I buy a whole item. I thought that was your job. Just that if you give good customer service it can go along way. Very sad.
