The therapist was lovely but there were house keeping trucks reversing (or some other trucks with noise operating) right outside the window consistently. There was a guy using power tools on the front of the building at the same time. It wasn’t relaxing and I would avoid in the future. Super disappointing as the Natskin was always a treat I’d send my family to and visit.

Such a tranquil setting to have a massage and absolutely lovely staff. I had the pregnancy massage and came away feeling so relaxed. Highly recommend!

Went today (9 jan) to surprise a friend for her birthday. They were able to accommodate all three of us separately. The reception girls were so lovely and helped us with our indecision of what treatments to get. The treatments themselves we all loved. I got a coffee coconut scrub and relaxation massage and it was the perfect amount of light pressure. Just what I wanted. We will be back. Thanks again to reception and our wonderful therapists for making the day special

I booked in for a pregnancy massage and was blown away with the level of knowledge and relaxation of the whole experience , I would highly recommend any up and coming mummas to treat themselves to some pampering!The attention to detail from Victoria, Renee and the team was perfection.Thank you!
