Had the guys down to replace an existing AC split system, they did such a great job I got them back a few weeks later to put another split system in another room. Professional, friendly and couldn't tell they'd been here when they left. Keep up the good work :-)

After receiving qoute they were paid same day on 20th of the month. After days they sent a job date in 22 days and it didn't happen after 5 days overdue I called to ask what happened and I was not organised. Then delivery was organised and 7 days after that still a complete silence. Never again.

They were professional and timely. Our instal was completed within 7 days of order and they did an excellent job of test and cleaning!

Terrible service. Just sub contract work out to others. Fir.st installer had no ladder so went away. Second installer arrived by himself so could not lift unit. No communication between client and contractor. Avoid Harvey Norman promotion and find own installer

Purchased unit from Harvey Norman. Job was allocated and within 1 hour I had a call from Sam to say the installer would be there in 40 minutes. This was 2 days before Xmas. Pete turned up and worked non-stop for 5 hours in 30 degree heat. His boss Sam came and took the old unit away. Both men were very polite and professional. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Organized on two separate occasions for my air conditioning to be installed and they were a no show both times.We purchased our air con from Harvey Norman and these are the guys they recommend. I wouldn’t bother wasting your time. Find your own installer

Bought 2 air conditioning from Harvey Norman with advanced one promotion on installation, which was very cheap. I was prepared to pay even $2k for both units, but they showed up and provided a quote of $4.3k. Both units costed me $3.7k. So we cancelled. Please think twice before you go with them, they are extremely expensive.

Installation done at short notice before Christmas. This business installs for Harvey Norman, from whom I purchased the air-conditioner at a competitive price. Price for installation was very reasonable. However, I paid for decommisioning and removal of previous system. The invoice from Advanced One indicated this was $120. The air-conditioner was not removed. This was a big problem for me as I am an older woman. What was I going to do with it! I waited a week and still no removal of old system. I organised removal myself. I rang the Advanced One office and asked for my $120 back because I didn't get what I paid for. I'm still waiting for my refund.

Booked through Harvey Norman for installation of split system for son's room.. allocated Nic. Nic came out and said it couldn't be done as top storey was made of polystyrene. I ask what I should do as I had already purchased the air conditioner and it was sitting in my garage, (while staring directly at multiple townhouses around my area with same building material with split systems), Nic shrugs and leaves. Go back to Harvey Norman and allocated Johann. Johann came out and said it could be done but another 3 weeks wait. He'd call me. Another 4 weeks I call him. He apologises but the paperwork which assigns work not through. Back to Harvey Norman who fix paperwork. Day of job I can't be present so have friend there with money instead. Come home, aircon looks great. But packing boxes full of insulation and installation cut off and rubbish left in garage for me to dispose of and the remote in holder left on table. I forage around the boxes full of building waste to find the screws for the holder but I have no drill... thanks dudes.

Why cant you no star? Cos thats the stars I'd give.No shows then booked it for following week. Comes 3 hours late.Which leads to a miss understanding and now i have a aircon in the corner of my bedroom. What a eyesight thats going to be,They give you a good quote then double it when they get there.Would rather pay double what i paid to get a PROFESSIONAL IN. Cheers guys for making my day. 0/ 10 would recommend.
