Didn't keep to cost agreement (exceeded initial estimate on first letter, did not provide updates despite repeated requests), constantly made excuses for missing deadlines (often after the deadline had passed), provided advice contrary to QBCC process/regulations and did not follow instructions (made representations to an engineer on my behalf despite explicit instructions not to).Have had to engage a proper firm to undo damage Skelton Law did to my case and standing, the 6 months spent dealing with Skelton were utterly wasted and worse than worthless.0/10, would not recommend to anyone under any circumstances.
