Louise was amazing. She didn't try to make us buy the more expensive items. She was friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. She did manage to talk us into some extra pillows lol so she did her job well.

Huge variety of all types of furniture, great customer service even first thing on a Saturday morning. Was a pleasant visit.

I have been trying to do a warranty claim for weeks now on a dodgy bed I received. The last email I received was on Saturday the 7th of January from Natasha P and was offered $100 to keep the item as is. I refused this as the bed is unusable. Super Amart has not replied since. I have sent 2 follow up emails which have not been answered. It is now the 15th January and I am still stuck with this flimsy bed that I cannot use with no solution in sight.

More choice of furniture from others amarts, greatly managed. Really friendly stuff. I got Great price and deals, walked away happy and mostly important with over 2k saving. Friendly and Really helpful staff. Just love it..

What a great store. Terry was so attentive and gave full service to help me out. Polite helpful and knows his stuff. Couldn’t get any help at two other amart locations- they almost lost my business till I phoned Yamanto store. Amart has a wonderful employee here- no wonder he’s the manager. Yamanto has my business in future and my family and friends. Thank you Terry

Went to the store around 5pm yesterday to have a look for a new sofa, upon entry we were greeted by Josh asking if we needed help, we were just browsing, as we were browsing we were approached by another three members of staff asking if we needed help. Once we decided Josh magically appeared when he went through the additional protection and delivery costs, done a good deal for us, and then stayed after the store had closed to assist us in paying, in fact the whole stores team members stayed after the shift to assist us. Can't remember all of their names but they know who they are.You can't beat actual human customer service, so I recommend going into the store and taking to these amazing team members and see what they can do for you....THANKS GUYS.
