Arrived with one hour until close and told I could not have my hair cut because there were two people waiting… two people and two hairdressers…. Ok?….

Went to get a blow wave for a party. I didn’t want anything crazy just asked for it to look bouncy with a bit of a kick to the end. The lady told me I had frizzy and dry hair which I don’t my hair is straight and doesn’t get frizzy. I felt like when I walked in with my hair straight I looked better and I paid $60 for my hair that is just past my shoulders when my friend who has long hair paid that amount and hair her is much longer. The lady was nice but just didn’t do a good job, an I had to completely redo my hair which is not ideal.

Good timing, no wait today. Saw Vesna, she listened to what I wanted and very happy with my cut today. I'm a regular at HP store for my haircuts. Will be back again in 4 weeks.

The Serbian woman was an absolute darling. Decent prices. It’s hard to find somewhere that will cut a woman’s hair for less than $70. This cost me $50 for a wash and a cut. I usually pay a bit extra at boutique salons but I was in desperate need for a cut last minute. Very happy with it and the service was great.

Not the best Just Cuts. The main woman is blunt, unfriendly and not very welcoming. She made it seem as though it would be an effort to even take my name by emphasising that it was at least an hour wait. Not the first time she has been like this but my last time of ever visiting this store.

Joan is very experienced. I’m very picky and very particular about my hair. Joanne is really friendly and very particular about my hair. Definitely will be back again. Everyone here is friendly, they care about their customers. Thank you Joanne.

Really great experience with Jennifer - great cut, really friendly service & really helpful/useful tips for post cut styling. Can’t wait to go back for a trim in 8 weeks :)
