Today I returned planter boxes I had bought for $20 a piece about half a year ago. Quite annoyingly the planter boxes simply fell apart. When I returned the boxes today I was met with the utmost courtesy and was able to purchase products to the value of the boxes I had returned. I had expected long discussions and was quite prepared to let it go. As it was the return was a pleasant experience. Chapeau.in
