Came in to get sand bags that were 20kg each. The wonderful girl checking my purchases out noticed they were heavy & offered to take my trolley to the car and loaded the car. I believe her name was Isla. She was so kind and genuinely happy to help. She was a pleasure to deal with!

Big store. Staff very young and clearly do not know what products are used for what or how. Saw older experienced staff collecting trolleys outside instead of using experience to help. The younger staff should be collecting trolley. Bunnings store management needs complete overhaul.

Been here a few times now it’s my local each time I’ve always had a great experience due to the customer service,they always go out of there way and are always happy,the garden department girls are always super helpful,highly recommend the big fish Bunnings team.

Beautiful air conditioned store, young staff are great but do need time to learn. Give the staff some time to settle into their new jobs, learn from the oldies and don’t take out your frustrations out on them because we were all their age at some stage.

Drove to check out the new Bunnings at 459 Pumicestone Road. Caboolture QLD 4510The same layout as all the others, shelves all arranged to perfection. Very friendly staff - all had pink Easter Bunny ears on - happy staff everywhere - helping you personally for requests! Thank you!The Garden section was amazing - temptations everywhere. Ready for Easter and Mother's Day. Great shop - now I don't have to drive to Morayfield or Caloundra - and the shop is air-conditioned! If you had enough for wandering around - a nice little ☕️ area is there!

Store Manager ~ Peta ...Nice clean new bunnings has air-conditioning and store is bright and the lighting is improved very impressive thanks Peta (store Manager for some insight into the new Bunnings store staff are great friendly and extremely happy in this new store has everything all other bunnings stores have but this is air-conditioning in it and no more straining your eyes as the lighting is amazing...

Awesome customer service. Staff are really very helpful. Car park is huge. I’ve been to a lot of Bunnings stores and everyone has been really great, not dimming other stores light, but Caboolture takes the cake hands down for customer service.
