Ben had a keen attention to detail and was very dedicated to the job. He attended our home on several occasions prior to him getting appointed and several times after to track the progress of our preparation. He also offered advice on how best to pitch and market our home to ensure it stood out from others. He helped project manage some aspects of our preparation to sell, liaising with some trades on the work that was needed. Ben was very prompt in responding to messages, often replying outside of business hours and working behind the scenes to move the sale along.The home opens were very well attended (>50 attendees; information that was corroborated by our neighbours who said he counted the number of cars parked in front) and we had offers after each home open. He kept us updated almost immediately after each private and public home open.Ben might not have been a local expert" to our suburb but certainly outperformed all the other suburb experts by a mile."

Susan was great from start to finish. We arrived in from the uk and Susan was the only estate agent to give us the time of day. She helped us secure a rental within 7 days of us landing. All other estate agents ignored us once they new we were new in Australia as they assume we don’t have any rental history. Highly recommend Susan from a gusto realty.
