went there today and got earrings for 14.95 and i gave the girl $50 and she gave me $5 change and i understand a silly mistake with cash so i didn’t really care but i said i gave her a $50 note and needed $35 change and then she said i gave her $20 which i didn’t so then she gave me the correct change and rolled her eyes at me. she might of been having a bad day but it was just unnecessary.

I’ve read the reviews on the Pharmacists in CW Fremantle and have had the similar responses:1. No confidentiality. being shouted at by a pharmacist enquiring about my medical issues from behind the counter in front of other customers2. Refusal to provide over counter medication.3. I would recommend a return to their country of origin and take their arrogant attitude with them, I would suggest somewhere like Mumbai!

Good prices but terrible customer service. I went to buy an ankle strap and sat for about 10 minutes trying on ankle straps. When trying on a particular ankle strap when an employee ran over to me and stated Ms you must buy that now". Luckily it was the only one that fit. Keeping in mind I tried on about 7 different ankle straps that had cardboard packaging this one that I bought was in plastic packaging and could be repackaged no seal had to be undone. I asked why hadn't someone come over to help and she responded "why didn't you ask for help"."

I love to shop here because some staff did offer very good products knowledge and very helpful staff there to assist with my enquiries.It is a busy store though, we need to wait patiently for good customer service.One of my favourite stores to shop for supplements

I visited this place a couple of times and bought some health care products at discounted prices during their promotion days. Good varieties of products. Value for money. Did not have to queue long cause the service was good. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. By the way, free 30 minutes car parking bays along the two carriageways. Cheers! (2022-02)
