Jay has been treating my lower back pains for quite some time now. She’s got magic hands and I always feel at such ease after I finish my massage with her. She takes her time to understand everyone’s individual body and treat it accordingly. I would highly recommend you give this place a chance and you won’t regret it.

Exceptional massage. I am very picky when it comes to massages because very rarely do I find a professional who can do proper deep tissue for me. It was obvious that Jay understood the pressure points and where my body needed releasing, even without me telling her. Customer for life. Thanks Jay.

I can recommend Jay for people that have serious problems with their back and neck muscles. My neck was in pain for 2 weeks and now feels much better after 1 hour. I plan to go back for a 2 hour massage as its less painful then wanting results in a 1 hour massage. With 2 hours we can get out more of the knots in the muscles.I can certainly recommend this for friends looking for a serious massage.

I had a serious ankle issue which jay was able to help fix. The shop was clean and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend booking an appointment here. it's good value for money, this is a professional 5 star massage shop.

This was hands down the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. J is exceptional at her craft, she really takes time to identify and break down the toughest of knots.I thoroughly recommend this business, particularly if you’re an athlete or train a lot.

I got a stiff back and tight muscles with workouts, been to various massage therapists but experience wasn't great and rather ended with unwanted pain. I must say Jay really took care of the knots and provided the right pressure to ease the tension. I left the place feeling so much better and relaxed. I highly recommend Jay for anyone looking for professional and effective massage treatment.

Highly recommend Jay . Have been dealing with intense muscle stiffness for years from training and she has already started breaking down the knots and scar tissue from the first visit You must see her she is amazing and very strong . Also must add she has a great positive personality.

I went to see Jay for the first time last week. I needed a remedial massage but was unprepared for how amazing and through Jay’s work is. It was a deep massage, getting right into the knots!I will be back!
