Claire at Service NSW Rockdale Plaza was so sweet. You could tell that she really tries to make the process as smooth as possible. I've come across so many rude staff from other Service NSW locations, but Claire really made sure I was looked after - a simple smile goes a long way. It's hard to find that nowadays, so thought I should give her and the team a shout out!

I believe that when a person takes a driving test, they are always nervous. But the testing officers need to make the person being tested comfortable and also calm.Unfortunately, when I saw the instructor Clem, his facial attitude and irritated face made super uncomfortable and nervous even more.His instructions in the test were not audible and he mumbled and can’t hear. The direction he gave were not clear as if his a mind was somewhere else. The instructor should leave their personal problems at home otherwise it will affect the students taking the test. He seemed annoyed and withdrawn and I failed.I booked again in 7 days as I know I am ready and not a bad driver.Today, my testing officer Steve, so calm and his direction was clear, he made me feel comfortable. I made I and passed.

I had my driving test at Rockdale today and the examiner, Clem was kind and professional, making me feel comfortable taking the exam. His instructions were clear and the test was conducted very smoothly.Thank you and it was nice meeting you, Clem!

Quick and efficient services. The staff is friendly. New check in system to select service that is required is handled by member of staff. Located on the upper level of Rockdale Plaza next to Rebel Sport, accessible via escalators, stairs and lift.

Last two times I have been here, using JP service and to update licence, it was a breeze and I was seen pretty quickly. Big room with comfy waiting seats if you do have to wait.

One of the best service that I Received today. One of the lady staff with blonde hair on desk 6 was really a hard time but Angie was so helpful and made it all easy.Please make sure if your here on Rockdale do visit her for less hessel.

I have frequented many service NSW centres over Sydney and I must say, Rockdale is definitely a stand out for customer service. Thank you Gomez and khan for all your help and making my visit a seamless experience.

I'm not a local to this Service NSW, I only came in with my mother because yesterday she had come in to complete a WWCC.After giving her ID and application to Kirsty there was a discrepancy with a letter on one of her IDs my mother explained this letter has always been on her medicare card. Kirsty showed the ID to her fellow work mate and had a laugh which is quiet unprofessional.I attended sevice NSW with my mother today the matter was resolved with a change of seconday ID. Which was explained to my mother and I by the ladies on counters #12 and 13. Thank you to those ladies and the ladies who assisted at the self-service computer counters.
