Best builders in Adelaide! We do all of peters painting work and we know when he calls us up for a job that it’s going to be neat, clean and 100% ready for us to do our thing. His communication throughout each project is second to none and his quality control on all his trades always results in a high quality home.

I have personally worked with Peter at SA Designer homes, They have been the best builders i have worked with in Adelaide and i wouldn't say that about many builders out there. I think it comes down to to the personal touch. And they take pride in their work.

Building a house is quite a complex process and completing a build on time, on budget and without having to reach for the valium to bring down the stress levels is rare - SA designer Homes managed to do it and made it look easy. Peter, the principal of SADH, was extremely knowledgeable and gave us some excellent advice over the course of the build and as he was also our site manger we could contact him with any issues which he generally resolved very quickly - every time! Communication is first rate coupled with his own very high standards and good sense of humour certainly made him a pleasure to work with.Overall, a good experience with a great result.

As a first home owner I was excited but hesistant to build - there are plenty of horror stories. I spoke to several builders at the start. One was a 'big' builder but it felt very impersonal and that they didnt really care. When I contacted Peter from SA Designer Homes he was very approachable and understood what my partner and I wanted - it was a good feeling from the start and I'm happy to say that feeling stayed until the end. What really stood out was the communication - Peter is always available to chat or meet up and answer any queries. It really made the process so enjoyable and smooth - we always knew what was going on  He went above and beyond his role as we sorted our way through all the things we didnt know as first time land and home owners (thankyou!) If there was a problem it was sorted (and explained) quickly. The end product is a high quality custom made home. It may not be the cheapest if we'd gone with the big builders who make 200+ homes a year but it was still affordable and finished to a high standard. I am so glad we chose SA Designer Homes and we will definitely build with Peter and his team again

Peter and the amazing SA Designer Homes team bent over backwards to build our fantastic new family home. Juggling all the moving parts on our custom build was a huge effort, yet quality was consistently high during all stages. Peter and the team were incredible in helping us build our first ever home.The process from design, planning, selections to building was seamless. Peter was even able to show us a similar home he had recently built before we signed a contract to show us the quality of his work. Price was extremely fair, on par with most standard volume builders, but with even better standard inclusions and the ability to customise our plan. If you want a builder who answers every phone call/email/text (either straight away or within the day), high quality suppliers of choice (Routleys, Carerra Kitchens, Cerbis Ceramics), fair prices and flexibility, SA Designer Homes are the builder for you. I have no reservations recommending them to anyone I know.

We recently built our first home with Peter and couldn't be happier with the result.We did a lot of looking around and talking with other builders before we started but they didn't offer exactly what we wanted and seemed to always have hidden costs and clauses involved that they tried to hide. Peter was up front, attentive and incredibly helpful throughout the entire build process.Dealing directly with Peter made the process so much easier than going through a big builder and he was more than happy to answer all of our silly questions along the way!It may not be the cheapest option for building a new house but the end product shows the difference between a cheap build and a quality build.Thank you Peter for our amazing house and we can't wait for our daughter to arrive and spend her first night in our new house too!

We contacted multiple builders and all but 1 actually didn't even get back to us. When I was told of SA Designer Homes we made contact and from the first chat we were informed of everything and given a price that was followed through on. Communication was outstanding and the house was built in great time and quality is great. I cant reccommend SA Designer Homes enough.
