We have been waiting for more than 3 weeks for one light to arrive, rang up to check and store person confirmed that lights are here ready for collection but upon arriving, light is not here and still in shipment. Asked to help with some assistance on expediting it, store person just said no idea when it will come and unable to speed up the process, we simply has to just wait. Wish I had shopped and bought lights elsewhere.

Found exactly what we needed. Great range. Not heaps of options on display but what's there is really good. The manager said they could order in whatever we wanted at a better price than the other shops too. And he was really knowledgeable, helpful and funny. Great experience. Thanks.

Hunted high and low throughout St George & Sutherland Shire for someone to add a switch to an antique lamp. Finally chanced upon Lindsay at Carlton Lighting who was very helpful and did a great job for a reasonable price. Good old fashioned customer service with a smile. Thank you!
