Ive had more than 8 laser sessions until now and the staff has been super sweet and professional. But today, after trying to connect over the phone numerous times, I finally went there physically to book an appointment as I was really desperate to get one Asap.. the receptionist gave me an appointment but i requested her to bring it forward in case there’s a cancellation.. now there were two ladies there at the reception, one was a regular dealing with me and another one in a pink sweatshirt (havent seen her before) .. the pink sweatshirt lady interrupted us and said to me in a really rude tone that there are a lot of customers waiting for the cancellation and only one of them can avail it.. and that they are already under the pump because of a broken machine.. The problem wasn’t her words of course but her tone and overall attitude was disrespectful as if it was really wrong of me to ask for an earlier spot in the queue in case of cancellation … I felt really bad and mistreated. This happened at almost 3:25 pm today but honestly im still very upset about the way the pink sweatshirt lady spoke to me.. and I just wanted to let it out and get communicated to someone who can request the staff to be pleasant, polite and respectful.

BELLA IS THE RUDEST PERSON IVE EVER MET IN MY LIFE, this girl literally yelled at me when I turned my head to the side and I only did this because she can have better access to my neck. I have never been more disrespected in my life. I love the service I experienced with the other girls but Bella needs to be let go because she is chasing customers away.

I have been coming here for a few years now and the laser hair removal is decent and works.However it is so difficult to book an appointment if you didn’t already book one at your previous one! I’ve called many times, a couple of times I’ve even turned up and waited for up to half an hour (for example today from 1ish to almost 2) for someone and no one is ever there.I really don’t want to go to LCA but might be forced to at this rate.

Do urself a favour and go to laser clinics Australia, these guys are notoriously hard to reach, they don't answer the phone. Second they are extremely inflexible with their policies which is made even more difficult given you cant reach them easily. Just a massive headache, don't recommend.

BEWARE of prepaying for services - they will not return your callsI prepaid for laser services and was supposed to have my treatment over the weekend. I called last week and requested to change my booking due to illness. Never received a return call. I call Saturday and Sunday and even sent an email - the company choses to ignore you, be careful, they take your cash then provide bad customer service, very disappointing.The laser service is good, its the customer service that fails!

Very lovely service and I was given an appointment immediately. Great customer service and thorough investigation before my treatment. Although since reviewing this business I haven't heard from them regarding more treatments I wanted. They are terribly understaffed and don't follow through with the clients they have.

I’ve received a total of 14 laser hair removal treatments across 3 different areas and have had no problems whatsoever with my previous laser therapists.I was scheduled for an appoint at 12:25 on 19/1. I checked in at the counter around 12:10 and asked how long the wait would be - I was informed there was one client ahead of me. At 12:40 the receptionist then notified me that my appointment had been cancelled because “The clinic called to confirm my appt the day prior and I hadn’t confirmed my appointment”. 1) I’ve never had an appointment cancelled for not “confirming via call”. 2) I pulled up my call log and showed there was no call from Eden Laser - the receptionist then said she wasn’t sure as it’s what the manager had told her. 3) If that was the case, I would’ve been informed the appt had been cancelled when I checked in, not 30 minutes after waiting. It’s clear they were noticeably busy during this period and running behind. Extremely unprofessional.I was able to be rebooked for the following day 20/1, with a new therapist I hadn’t seen before. I experienced discomfort immediately on the first treatment area, the laser was too hot and I could smell burning - unlike all of my previous appointments. I told the therapist and asked if the machine was at my usual setting, she said that it was and she could increase the cool air. She proceeded to treat me. I’m unsure if the machine was turned down for this area as I asked for it to be turned down for the remaining 2 areas. It also felt as if the laser was applied over the same areas of skin for this first treatment area. The area was red and stinging the rest of the day, I had to applied aloe Vera to soothe it.21/1 I’m now BURNT. A very visible burn has developed.

Never pay upfront!!When I had consultation, one of staff recommended 1x chemical peeling, 3xskin needling.I said this treatment is for wedding and my wedding will be in 2months.she said 2months is enough time to do 4xtreatment.So I paid upfront ( they asked to do so to keep the price?)I booked all the treatments and visited first one. But another staff who looks older said skin needling needs at least 3weeks gap between each session. So they canceled all the treatments and rebooked. But with 3weeks gap, last treatment cannot fit in my wedding day. So I had only 1peeling and 2needling. After wedding, I visited and asked refund for last needling which I didn’t get and no longer need. However they refused. They said they will talk to head office about it and call me but it has been over month no one called me back( of course i called first and leave the message)I don’t think they are willing to do something about it.Long story short,don’t pay upfront! Price is always on sale and sometimes even cheaper!I will not talk about how effective the treatment is. Just do first session and decide if you want keep doing.

I came into eden laser clinics today to see Annie the registered nurse and she made me feel so comfortable. She did such an amazing job on my lip filler and couldn’t recommend her more :)

I've been getting laser removal on my face for the last few years (male face sculpting) I've been to a few other other laser clinics and I must say the customer service is amazing. 10/10 recommend
