Very friendly service always has been provided by the staff in store! Regular customers are able to put prescriptions on an account! Which is very convenient!!

The pharmacist was wonderfully helpful and made you feel like they actually cared. Great customer service and that's one of the reasons I keep going back. Prices are comparable with other pharmacies, but they also have some good specials.

We shopped at Ferny Grove Discount Drug Store for the first time this week. My husband is terminally ill and goes through a lot of medication, so we thought the local 'discount' chemist was worth a try. After a long dispensing wait, we paid $98. When we got home, we compared all three medications with our usual Terry White/Chempro prices. Two medications were charged at double their cost and the third was nearly triple. I called the Discount Drug Store to querie the discrepancy in pricing. They were polite and advised me to come back into the store and they would refund $52 to my credit card, making the total cost of the medication $46 as it should have been. If I had not checked, we would be substantially out of pocket. No amount of politeness will ever bring our business back to them.

Went to buy an item that was on the website. When I got there I was told that they didn’t actually carry the item, but offered to order it in presumably I would be able to come again to get it. Waste of time, Terry White Chemists is about 4 minutes down the road and has better stock.

I have been coming here since before iy became a Discount Drug Store". In all that time it has incrementally improved from a high standard to start with. Very friendly and knowledgeable counter and chemist staff have been very helpful. Prices are good with some great specials. They do spend time to help you

Anything but discount I went here to have my usual script filled and they charged me DOUBLE what I normally get it for ($29.99 vs $14.50). Never going back and recommend others seeking value scripts to look elsewhere.

I went to this store and asked for the cheapest pack of allergy tablets they had. I was surprised by what came across the counter because I have never paid so much before, but I was in a rush and didn’t stop to think about it too much. When I got home, curiosity got the better of me so I had a look on the company’s website to see exactly what brands they sell and at what prices. I found that instead of being sold the cheapest pack they had, they seem to have sold me the cheapest pack they thought they could get away with, which was substantially more expensive than the cheapest pack they carry. I contacted the company to complain last month and after saying they would come back to me with a response, I haven’t heard a thing. If you drive 5 minutes in any direction from this store you will find a selection of much better pharmacies that don't treat their customers this way. Do yourself a favour and give this place a miss because you work hard for your money and it should be in your pocket, not theirs.

Always have everything I need, very helpful and polite staff, and has excellent parking and access, and great hrs that suit me perfectly.
