I made a mistake on the booking form regarding the pick up date. I rang this morning to seek a change in collection date for today. It was absolutely no problem for them to organise collection for later this afternoon.Amazing organisation

We just had our old mattress picked up today, and it couldn't have been simpler. Booked online and left the mattress out the night before. Very easy and an amazing service.

Unfortunately I had a very negative experience. I have booked my mattress in two Wednesday’s in a row and no one has come to collect. I phoned up to see why not collected the second time and they advised marked as mattress not presented. The mattress is literally on the verge in plain site and after reviewing my home CCTV no one even presented to my home. I’m not sure how process works but I hope they don’t charge the council for missed pick up as no one even came! I phoned up to organisea third attempt and no one even bothered to phone me back as promised. Will be putting in written complaint to council in due course.Update: Thanks for your response however I did not receive confirmation from Softlanding yesterday regarding a new mattress collection date. I did receive a phone call asking if I minded dragging mattress back inside until the following Wednesday. When I responded I would prefer not to drag the now soaking wet mattress inside I was advised I would hear back yesterday around 3pm if you could collect tomorrow (today). I never received a call or any contact to advise of new collection date. I also wanted to clarify when the mattress collection didn’t occur the first week I phoned and was advised it was not collected due to a “computer glitch“ and I re confirmed my address. I also phoned up this Wednesday morning to confirm it wouldn’t be missed this time and I again confirmed my address. I am really having trouble understanding how anyone could go to the wrong address the number is very large on the house and also on the letterbox. I have now arranged private collection and disposal of mattress and it is now evident to me why so many mattresses are on the verge in the City of Armadale. Massive waste of time and I don’t appreciate as a rate payer not receiving services I pay rates towards and then being out of pocket as a further insult.
