Swim Dynamics Swim School

Daniel is a fantastic instructor and after doing nearly 4 terms with swim dynamics, I am confident with my 17 month old son in the water. We started lessons when my son was 8 months old. Daniel is methodical, supportive and very knowledgeable. I have seen my son's abilities and confidence grow in the water and it's all thanks to Daniel for building that foundation. Would highly recommend this swim school if you want a personal and positive experience for your child.

Swim Dynamics are holding $100 of my money and have been a terrible company to try and get ahold of. Calls and emails they will not respond to. They lied to me saying they could not give my $100 (swim voucher back) so I had to ring NT Sports Vouchers for them to confirm that this is not the case. An ongoing issue that should of been resolved months ago but due to Swim Dynamics poor service and responsiveness it is still ongoing. We have never even swam here. Made an enquiry, had no response then next thing I received an email asking for money. I then accidentally sent them my swim voucher (it was meant to go to another swim school) and when I realised, that’s when all of this started. We are still trying to contact them and resolve this and I truely hope it can be done asap. Not sure how they can hold money for a client who does not and never signed up to swim there.
