Logitronics

Logitronics are a tiny repair store that have been looking after me for years. They will attempt to repair almost anything.Provide good advice, can fix almost anything. Only downside is they are soooo busy it usually takes about 3 - 4 weeks for a turnaround. I guess thats a positive sign = people like their service.Highly recommended.

It's hard to know where to start with my frustration and anger at the service I got from this company.I put my non-booting polysynth in for service in march this year and only got it back about a week ago in the same state.Initially I was told 4-6 weeks for a repair. It took me needing to lodge an email complaint just in order to get a phone call from the engineer in July - nearly 4 months after putting it in.6months they had to work on it (not including 60days lost to COVID) and apparently couldn't find the couple of hours required to work on it - I'm paraphrasing from the service notes here.Communication was poor also - claims that the thing was booting up at one point from a different engineer (very dubious!) - excuses for delays rather than taking ownership of taking on too much business. - inability to acknowledge my frustration at being stuffed around. Phone calls and emails not returned.No doubt they're able to fix easy problems but if you have a complex one and expect them to contact you about progress, good luck. You'll be doing all the phone calls/emails.My frustrations with their service and communication are not my own either, I was talking to a friend about my experience and he said he'd experienced similar issues.

Excellent Service and very customer focused. They Fixed my foot-pedal as per my request ie quick response and very fair and HONEST price ... highly recommend Logitronics !!It's hard to find good and honest electronics repairers these days - I am now a customer for life :)))

I went to these guys to fix the compatibility issues between my Mac and Synth. When I dropped it off I was told this wouldn't be a problem, and I even was told via email that this would be fine. When I finally picked up my synth I was told that they don't do this. Read through these reviews. Someone actually reviews them favourably on the same task I was asking them to help with. I guess they were in a bad mood that day. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I am biased, as these guys are friends. I will say though that Martin has an exceptionally deep understanding of electronics. If you have a serious issue with a valuable old synth. This is your man. Just be patient as there are huge demands on Martin's time. Everyone there is bright and a pleasure to deal with.

They have successfully repaired synths & audio gear for me with reasonable pricing.

Couldn't be happier with the service. Dropped in a little Yamaha modeling amp that I managed to knock off my coffee table (with the power jack taking the force of the fall). Repair was ready in 24hrs at a reasonable price. Added bonus that Robyn & Martin are really nice people to deal with.
