I had a great experience, most places I went to gave me difficulty and would clean my charger for $30 where as happytel cleaned it for free, I definitely recommend going here to fix your screen in a hurry if you broke it

Very helpful staff. Went in expecting to have to replace my phone charing port and they fixed it with a simple clean. The location in Google maps points to a different phone repair shop so I have sent through a rough location update. Hopefully that fixes it.

My dad suffers from Parkinson’s disease and has chronic shakes. After all these years he has upgraded to a smart phone. We decided to pop in to get a heavy duty case for him. The staff were understanding and could see dads struggles, we discussed a wireless charger for him as he is so unsteady. You could tell they weren’t trying to up sell and it was more to accommodate dad’s condition. Genuine staff and service with a smile.I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Went in looking for a phone case for new phone which I had bought as a replacement for an older phone that had a faulty speaker.Casually asked about repair cost for speaker on the iPhone, something Optus quoted in excess of 500 for. He had a quick look at my phone, had bit of a play and handed it back and speaker worked perfectly fine.Service was 10/10, he was polite and went out of his way to explain the problem and was even kind enough to not charge as it was such an easy fix.
