Went to the store to sort out a Hoover Vacuum which was only used for 5 mins in year and a half and just by sitting one of its hoses cracked.Preetam(salesperson) had no interest in after sales service and refused to help(as it was out of its one year warranty by few months)Pathetic service

Have shopped here before and always had good service. Went in yesterday just for a bit of reconnaissance looking at purchasing on of those cheap" all the rage battery stick vacs. The lady salesperson came over and I thought oh no I'm only looking but she started by asking what I was looking for and what I was expecting from a vacuum cleaner
