Warrawong is such a stunning venue, I had the most wonderful day photographing a wedding. The staff are all so friendly and fantastic! There is so much endless opportunities for photography, I can't wait to come back. Jenny xo

We just had our wedding there, Warrawong is a hidden gem with improvements getting done everytime we visit. Rachel looked after us and answered all our questions. Do yourself a favour and book an inspection you won't regret it.

Wedding venue is nice but a lot of the things we asked for got lost in the handover from Rachel to Kim. My wife spent all her time talking to Rachel, but Kim was the event coordinator and we were told a couple of days before, but weren't given kim's details due to privacy" which was strange to us if she works for the venue. If using this venue

Warrawong Estate was the perfect venue when hosting my daughters 21st birthday! Rustic and authentic was what i was looking and it delivered! Rachel and her team made the process stress free and thank you to the lovely ladies behind the bar! Amazing service! Friends, family and guests couldnt stop commenting about the place. I highly recommend this place! A perfect evening enjoyed by all! Thank you again Rachel and the team @Warrawong Estate!

The venue is beautiful but we got married here March 2023 and unfortunately we were dissapointed by the staff on the night. Rachel was a pleasure to deal with leading up to the wedding and I wish she was the actual coordinator on my night.Even though I filled out their run sheet and sent it through to rachel, she informed me a couple of days before my wedding I had been appointed a new coordinator for the day and I couldn’t have her contact details for privacy reasons. I trusted they would brief one another. However on the day several things didn’t go to plan- the desserts or our wedding cake didn’t go out on the pre rented wheel cart I had organised with one of the venues vendors- the DJ went in the wrong place and didn’t get the decorations for his table I had left behind- water didn’t go out till about 630pm after I asked them to- the fireplace didn’t get lit people were cold wearing jackets inside (it was a cold March night)- I had to remind them to light the tea lights the candles near our family photos and the ones near the wishing well never got litAnother thing, they charge for unusual things. We paid for the 120 person bar tending package and we paid for 80-100 guests even though we had slightly higher than this. But their next bracket was 150-180 guests and they wanted us to pay extra for the few extra people. They need to align their pricing coz their brackets are all different. We still had a great night but in the back of my mind I could see everything going wrong but I was too busy to remind them (and really shouldn’t have to!) none of this would’ve happened if a proper briefing occured.I found the water situation really bad. No jugs of water or glasses supplied on the tables (and we paid for bar and glassware).people were asking me where they could get water. Water was only “allowed” next to the bar and not in the dining area but the bar is upstairs which was hard for my two 90 year old guests with walking frames. We got and sweaty while dancing and water is free!! So why not make it easier to find!Just be mindful as well weddings on weekdays finish up at 930pm, and you’ll need to pay extra to go later, it’s more worthwhile to get a weekend day. This isn’t the venues problem but just a word of advice for anyone not living in the west. Logistically, we came from the south east and it proved quite challenging. With traffic over the Westgate and how long it takes to travel. You have to be reallyyyyy prepared and if somethings forgotten it’s hard to fix. The location is a great option for people living in the west and north of city, but not south east.

Warrawong is hands down the most beautiful reception venue in the west of Melbourne. We completely lucked out with booking the venue, and the process couldn't have been smoother. Picturesque from every angle, and with so much breathing space, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to have our reception. The staff were also attentive and very accommodating. The ceremony area is also absolutely stunning. With rolling hills as a backdrop, the only thing that made us sad was that we missed out on seeing the beautiful wedge tail eagles our guests were wowed by during our ceremony since we were facing the opposite direction! Even the wet weather option inside is beautiful, but we were lucky enough to be blessed with a perfect sunny day.

We had our wedding at Warrawong Estate in Dec 2022 and it was hands down the best day! The team are amazing, so patient with all our questions and helped us make the day as amazing as possible. All our guests commented on how unique and beautiful the venue was, I can't recommend Warrawong Estate enough!
