It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Bright Source, in particular Navroz. Never have we experienced such great customer service. Navroz answered the many questions that both my husband and I had, always getting back to us promptly. On the day of installation an issue came up which caused me to become quite stressed, I just gave Navroz a call and he sorted it out for me and the next day even called to check that everything had gone smoothly and that we were happy. I'd definitely recommend Bright Source, their prices are fair, if you can ask to speak with Navroz.
